SUZUKI SWIFT GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The winner of the vehicle will be randomly drawn by Jones Motoring onsite at 577 Kaikorai Valley Road Dunedin on Saturday 13th January 2018 between 11 am and 12 noon.

Anybody entering, is responsible for onsite pick up and all Insurances associated with the vehicle.

To enter the competition, you must be onsite for the draw, like our competition post, and comment on our post.

The vehicle will include a new Warrant of Fitness, and 3-months registration.

There is no warranty on the vehicle from Jones Motoring.

For ownership change, the winner must provide a New Zealand drivers license.

Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of any applicable terms and conditions.

Entry is open to all residents of New Zealand, except for Employees, their immediate families, and any companies agencies or suppliers associated with Jones Motoring.

Jones Motoring reserves the right to update the terms and conditions without notice.

All entries become property of Jones Motoring.

Jones Motoring may be required by law to disclose any of the information that you provide. Jones Motoring will only make the disclosure if it believes, in good faith, that it is required to do so.

Jones Motoring's decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and binding on every person who enters, and no correspondence will be entered into.

The winner will be randomly selected by Jones Motoring.

All prize draws are final and no correspondence or negotiation will be entered into for exchange of prizes won.

Jones Motoring reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry.

Jones Motoring and any other agencies associated with this promotion will not be responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries not received due to technical problems.

All entrants may be required to online register, prior to the Saturday draw. This registration will be displayed on our facebook page prior to the draw, and will need to be filled out by all people intending to be onsite for the draw.

Jones Motoring and any other agencies associated with this promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which may be sustained, directly or indirectly, or for any personal injury suffered or sustained by any entrant or prize winners in connection with any product purchased for this competition or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

The vehicle includes free Warrant Of Fitness Inspections and Scheduled Servicing for 3-years from date of draw.

Excludes any repairs, or non standard service items.

Standard service items include oil, oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, engine coolant, and power steering fluids.
